Return and Exchange Policy
返品・交換
  • If you ever receive a defected or damaged good, we are very sorry and we will do our best. Please let us have a discussion.
  • If we mistakenly deliver product(s) different from your order list, we will exchange with the right one(s).
  • In both cases, please contact us within seven (7) days after you receive the item(s). After the 8th day of receive, we may not be able to accept your request.
  • Please send back the defected or wrong good to us after discussion. We will reimburse the sending back cost.
  • Please be advised that the picture images (such as color and touch) of goods seen on this Web screen may be different from those seen under the real sunlight after you receive them. Please place an order at your own risk, and we are very much sorry that we do not accept the return by the reason of your dissatisfaction.
  • 商品に瑕疵(傷)がある場合、商品が不良品の場合、配送途中の事故などによる破損・損傷が生じた場合、ご注文頂いた商品と異なる物が届けられた場合のみと致します。
  • 商品到着後、７日以内にメール又は電話にて連絡して下さい。
  • その後、着払いにて返送して下さい。良品と交換させて頂きます。（７日を過ぎますと、交換のご要望には応じかねますので、予めご了承下さい。）
  • 掲載商品の色合い、風合いなどは、画面と実物と異なる場合がありますので、ご了承下さい。
